Once your order has been dispatched, the logistics process is fully compliant and irrevocable. Please note that initiating a bank chargeback or canceling your order after shipment does not halt the physical transit of your package and may be considered a violation of NOISSEY's shipping agreement. We strongly encourage you to contact our customer support team directly should any concerns arise regarding your shipment.

If your order is undeliverable for any reason, due to a wrong address, suite or apartment number, re-shipping charges will be applied to re-ship your order. If we are unable to process your order due to inaccurate, invalid or incomplete information, order processing time may be delayed and our customer service team will contact you via email or by phone.

LOST/STOLEN/DAMAGED PACKAGES

Once your order leaves our facility, we are not responsible for any lost or damaged orders. If your tracking information shows that your order was delivered but did not receive it, please contact customer service at support@noissey.com within 24-48 hours. We will do our best to remedy the situation.

Join the list! You can sign up for our newsletter to receive email updates about promotional offers and deals. Only one promotional code may be used at a time per order. We are not able to re-issue a promotional code for a discounted order that has been returned. All promotional codes are only valid during event itself, unless otherwise specified.

• We want you to be 100% satisfied with your purchase from NOISSEY.  If for any reason you are not satisfied, we would be happy to issue a store credit, refund,or exchange for any returned merchandise. 
• You have up to 14 days upon receiving shipment to return items purchased on NOISSEY.COM.
• Orders must be returned by mail only.
• Item(s) purchased must be in new, unused condition with original tags still attached.(Underwear or swimwear, Fragrance is NOT returnable due to our hygiene policy.)
• Once your order is received and inspected, a refund to your original payment method will be processed. Shipping Charges are non-refundable. Allow 3-5 business days for your refund to process.
• Returns or exchanges that are not due to a quality issue (e.g. change of mind, sizing preference) will incur a return shipping fee, which will be deducted from your refund.
• We do not accept returns or exchanges for Noissey products not purchased from NOISSEY.COM.
• Please choose your items carefully to avoid "change of mind" returns.
