If your order is undeliverable for any reason, due to a wrong address, suite or apartment number, re-shipping charges will be applied to re-ship your order. LOST/STOLEN/DAMAGED PACKAGES
Once your order leaves our facility, we are not responsible for any lost or damaged orders. If your tracking information shows that your order was delivered but did not receive it, please contact customer service at support@noissey.com within 24-48 hours. We will do our best to remedy the situation.
